Deposit Agreement

Ink Inferno takes a $100 non-refundable deposit for all general tattoo appointments, a $250 non-refundable deposit for half day sessions and a $300 non-refundable deposit on all full day sessions in order to secure your appointment. This deposit is then deduced from the total cost of your tattoo.

We require that you give no less than 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. This way we have time to book your time slot which has been relinquished. If you wish to reschedule your appointment after that 48 hour mark, a new deposit will need to be left and your original deposit will be lost. If you are unsure when you will be able to reschedule, we will offer a floating deposit. This way your deposit is not lost and can be applied whenever you decide to rebook. Floating deposits are good for 3 months. If youare rescheduling due to pregnancy your floating deposit will be good for 1 year. If an appointment has been rescheduled more than twice, you will be required to pay the full amount in order to reschedule a third time. This will act the same as a normal non-refundable deposit. If you request an entirely new tattoo design less than 48 hours prior to your appointment a new deposit will be required. If you change the entire design idea more than twice you will be required to leave a new deposit.

If you are wanting to cancel your appointment indefinitely, or do not show up to your appointment this will result in a loss of your deposit. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be lost. If you do not confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date/time your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required to re-book.

Just like clients, sometimes artists are subject to unforeseen circumstances that might require your appointment to be rescheduled. If this is to occur you will either be offered a new appointment day and time, or you can choose a floating deposit for a future date. Refunds on deposits are not typically given due to a reschedule request by your artist. By signing below I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this deposit agreement, and that I agree to be bound by the terms of said deposit agreement.
